NAIROBI, March 1 (Xinhua) -- Gor Mahia, Kenya's representatives in the CAF Confederation Cup, will just be fine in their tour of North Africa where they will play Algeria's Hussein Dey and Egypt's Zamalek.

Head coach Hassan Oktay in spite of confirming his worries over his side's poor record for away matches in the Confederation of African Football (CAF) believes they can claim maximum points on Sunday against the Algerian opponents.

"Gor Mahia has big players, we have a chance to correct that poor away record if we win on Sunday and that is our target," said Oktay on Friday in Nairobi.

Top two teams from the group, which also includes Angola's Petro Atletico, will sail through to the quarterfinals and Oktay feels his cruise in the competition is not about to end.

"We are going the full length to the finals. We cannot sit and wait to lose. It is our duty to make things right, forget the past and focus on the current squad we have for the task ahead. We have the best chance now because we beat Hussein Dey and Zamalek at home and we can easily beat them away. My players are determined and will make it happen," said the coach.

Gor will play Hussein Dey on Sunday in the return leg after beating them 2-0 in Nairobi and later on Wednesday fly to Cairo to play Zamalek.

Gor beat the Egyptian club 4-2 in Nairobi and lost 2-1 to Angola's Petro Atletico in Luanda.

Now they sit at the top of Group D with six points, two above their Sunday rivals on four while Angola's Petro Atletico has three with Zamalek last with two points.
